If I had to tell founders one thing to focus on in 2026, it's this:

What value are you actually creating?

That's it. Nothing else really matters.

It doesn't matter if you're using AI. It doesn't matter if you vibe coded it yourself. It doesn't matter how impressive the tech stack is.

What matters is: What is this person paying for? And what value are they getting out of it?

Everything else is noise.

Here's How You Find That Value

Start with a vision. Pick the problem space you're passionate about solving. Traffic congestion driving you crazy and you want to fix it? Great. Commit to that problem.

But then be ruthlessly iterative on the solution.

Because here's the truth: you don't know yet what's the best way to create that value. Maybe it's an app that optimizes commute times. Maybe it's a carpooling platform. Maybe it's something completely different.

You need to build small, focused MVPs and test which one actually resonates with people. Which one has the right cost structure and delivers measurable value that customers will pay for.

This is the Lean Startup playbook in action—find product-market fit through rapid iteration, not by building your complete vision on the first attempt.
